Food safety
Departments may wish to provide refreshments for a variety of meetings or functions, ranging from tea and biscuits through to a full meal.
The University of Cambridge is committed to providing safe food of good quality through maintaining the highest standards of food safety. A Food Safety Policy was introduced in 2025 and provides guidance and instruction on the University’s requirements.
