Occidente Kitchen and Bar
Occidente Kitchen and Bar is a vibrant Mediterranean-inspired bistro, bar and restaurant at the West Hub.
It offers a bright and welcoming space for staff, students, visitors and the wider public. Featuring a range of comfortable, contemporary seating areas suited to everything from a quick coffee to relaxed socialising or more formal dining.
Guests can enjoy a varied selection of food and drink throughout the day, including freshly baked treats, light lunches, sharing plates and full dining options. Designed as a sociable and flexible environment, it provides a place for the community to eat, drink and connect.

Occidente is located on the ground floor of the West Hub building on JJ Thomson Avenue, Cambridge CB3 0US.
Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday from 11am to 3pm. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 7pm.
- The Lounge Bar is open all day until the closing times above.
- The Bistro serves food from 11:30am to 3pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 11:30am to 6pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- Restaurant dining is open from 12pm to 3pm on Mondays to Fridays.
